Guided Walks Test

This walk has changed from the one advertised in our leaflet. This is due to closure of part of Smardale Nature Reserve due to ash tree removal.

Route: Kirkby Stephen station, Halfpenny House, Stenkrith Bridge, Rookby Scarth, Rob Ridding, Belay Bridge, Kaber, Winton, Kirkby Stephen

Distance: 12mi / 16.8km

This walk has got it all - we will visit mills, moors, canal, woods and the impressive Goit Stock Waterfall.
