Alight Garsdale for bus to Hawes (single fare to Hawes). Walk back to Garsdale via Hardraw, Cotterdale and Lady Anne’s Way.

A taste of two great long distance trails. Leave Dentdale on the iconic Dales Way then climb out of Dentdale on the glorious Dales High Way.

Explore the area around Kirkby Stephen and visit a hidden valley and farmstead abandoned many years ago.

A great day out along the line with a scenic ride to Appleby and a chance to see the bluebells at Flakebridge Woods.

Please Note: We may be a bit early for bluebells but we live in hope as the fine weather predicted might encourage them to flower. The walk however still remains special with wonderful views of the North Pennines, the Eastern Lakes Hills, and the delightful village of Dufton plus a scenic journey on the iconic Settle Carlisle Line.

Climb one of the Yorkshire Three Peaks at a leisurely pace and explore the area around Ribblehead Viaduct.
