19 September 2026 - Ribblehead to Hawes
A scenic walk to Hawes via the Roman Road and Wether Fell.
Route: Ribblehead, Cam End, Kidhow Gate, Roman Road, Wether Fell, Hawes
Distance: 13m / 21km
Important Information
The walk leaders will be arriving at 09:18 on the southbound train.
Bus: From Hawes to Garsdale (single fare to Garsdale).
26 September 2026 - Pen-y-ghent and Plover Hill
An ascent of the Lion of Ribblesdale and moorland bird of the dales.
Route: Horton-in-Ribblesdale, Brackenbottom, Pen-y-ghent, Plover Hill, Swarth Gill Gate, Hull Pot, Horton-in-Ribblesdale.
